Robinson Septic for the portable potty. We have updated the address to our P.O. Box.. Keep it from Spring through Summer, remove in November.
Bank account is at First National Bank. Treasurer and President are both signers on the account and have debit cards.
Pay invoices as they come in. Pay referees every two weeks during the season. Work with referee coordinator for list of students. Mail checks to students’ home address. Referees should complete Google form with address, note game, date, etc.
Log into website and mark registrations paid for those that pay by cash or check.
Prepare monthly treasurer reports to show registrations, donations, fundraisers and expenses.
